LGR 600Scratching machine
Automatic scratching machine for stone and marble.
Processing is performed from below via a roller with Widia cast studs of our own production.
With this system, the material does not need to be calibrated and may have different thicknesses between one strip and another.
Rectilinear or crossed scratching may be obtained by combining rotation with the oscillation of the roller.
All operating speeds are adjustable to obtain the desired finish.
It is possible combine the machine with a line to automatically chamfer before scratching.
Thanks to a circular motorized roller the material is brought to the starting position and can thus be unloaded by the same operator that loaded it.
The work area is covered with soundproof casing.
It is possible to produce versions with customized discs, powers and operating measurements.
