The pendulum rotates on precision supports and is actuated by a hydraulic cylinder with adjustable advancement speed.
The disc casing is of plastic to minimize machine noise.
All protections and guards for water are made of stainless steel.
The rollers for the advancement of the material are made with very tough and water resistant acetal resin. The pins are of rectified stainless steel.
During the cutting phase, the material is blocked in position by pneumatic cylinders.
To fully comply with current safety standards, the machine is equipped with two-hand command with electronic control of the simultaneity of disc advancement.
It is possible to produce versions with customized discs, powers and operating measurements.
