On the model with 1300 mm maximum disc diameter, we have adopted the same disc trolley advancement solution as the granite cutter with V-form guides in an oil bath covered by stainless steel casing. This system has proved ideal where maximum cutting precision and mechanical rigidity is required.
Lateral displacement with precision inverter controlled gearing. Movement on calibrated rollers in an oil bath, covered by thermo-welded bellows.

To ensure maximum engine life in a very corrosive workplace, the entire structure is treated by sand-blasting and application of thick epoxy primer and epoxy enamel.
