The only commercially available multi-disc cross cutter able to cut strips of marble and granite with thicknesses of up to 200 mm.
Extremely precise head positioning thanks to the use of linear guides and brushless motors.
Cutting units unique in their kind, with 27 HP motor, angle drive designed to bear high workloads and 650 mm diameter disc.
All movements are on linear guides and guarantee maximum precision over time.
The guides are lubricated automatically by a control unit. The bench and all parts subject to water corrosion are galvanized and then painted with an epoxy primer and epoxy enamel.
The software is managed by an Omron NJ series PLC, the most advanced technology currently on the market.
The various cutting programs include head/tail, fixed measure, different programmable sizes, maximum use of the strips, running cut and other customizable cutting programs.
Thanks to a special laser reader the system can mark any cracks or stains on the material and the machine can automatically exclude these areas from the cutting area.
Also available are slab cutting versions with or without the rotating bench.
